This spring circumstances allowed for the meeting of Mennonite Church Canada's five past moderators with their wives and the current moderator and his wife. They met in a modest basement room of a local church and shared a tea together. The communications office asked me to cover the meeting with photography and notes on their discussions, which I did. The zeal and passion these folks have for the work of the church in Canada impressed me.
