Osu Children's Library Fund continues to publish African based books for children. Based on Kathy Knowles newly aquired skill in digital photography (and mentored by yours truly) these books are proven hits with the library users in Africa, and some have enjoyed considerable success in Canada. Maria's Wish focuses on Maria's mother who is a conservation officer in Tanzania, keen on restoring the trees to the landscape. In Peter's Wish, Peter's dad is a game warden helping to protect the animals from illegal hunting.
